F. MISCELLANEOUS1 . All costs incurred by the applicant for registration completeness , norother expenses in order to take the test screening , shall be wholly borneapplicants ;2 . Selection of Candidates for Admission in the Civil Service , the assessment solelybased on skills / exam results of each applicant ;3 . In accepting candidates for Civil Servants are not allowed to charge this committeeany of the applicants ;4 . Decision of the Selection Committee Admission Candidates for Civil Servants apply absolute andinviolable .
